By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions established by Warner Robins Dumpsters.
Service Agreement
The contract begins upon the booking of a dumpster rental service.
Payment Terms
All payments are due upon receipt of the service invoice.
Equipment Use
The customer is responsible for the proper use of the dumpster during the rental.
Prohibited Materials
Placement of hazardous materials in our dumpsters is strictly prohibited.
Weight Limits
Customers must adhere to the specified weight limits for each container size.
Placement
The customer assumes responsibility for site safety and accessibility for our trucks.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
Liability
Warner Robins Dumpsters is not liable for damages occurring to private property during placement.
Permits
The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary municipal permits for street placement.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service if terms are violated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where services are rendered.
